We produce a comprehensive range of products for the construction of hydraulic circuits. In several plants in the Czech Republic and Slovakia we produce hydraulic cylinders, hydraulic hoses and bent pipes. Thanks to our technological equipment and a large number of machine tools, we are predestined to produce large series for the biggest customers in Europe.
We are the leading manufacturer of hydraulic cylinders in Europe. We focus on both mass production and customised cylinders according to customer requirements. We produce cylinders in three plants – in Zbraslavice, Semily and Bardějov – according to cylinder dimensions, series size and complexity. We are equipped with 130 CNC machine tools and 20 conventional machines and the most modern technologies for cylinder production.
We manufacture hydraulic hoses for the largest customers in Europe. Our advantage is the mass production of hoses on 8 semi-automatic lines. Smaller series are produced on 10 Techmaflex and Uniflex presses. We place great emphasis on hose purity, which we evaluate in our laboratory. We only use hose materials from European manufacturers and we regularly test their quality in our pulsation testing room. We produce the end fittings on multi-spindle machines.
We manufacture bent tubing for a wide range of applications. In addition to hydraulic lines, we bend tubes for pneumatic lines, cooling systems and machine frames. We have 5 BLM and Transfluid bending machines in our production facilities. For series production we use the KUKA robotic workstation. We check the accuracy of the bent tubes with a measuring arm.
Increasingly more customers are requesting complete hydraulic supplies. In addition to the manufactured range, we supply all components that are an integral part of hydraulic circuits. These include hydraulic fittings, quick couplings and ball valves, pipe holders, measuring technology.
